Gnomon Online class registration is accomplished using a PDF form. Please follow the simple steps below while registering for classes. For any questions or problems while sending the form please click here.
Please use the latest version of Adobe Reader to fill-in the form. Click here to download.
Step 2 - Get the registration form
PC Users: Right click the link below, select "Save As..". Choose a destination for the file and select Save.
MAC Users: Right click the link below, select "Save Link As..". Choose a destination for the file and select Save.
Step 3 - Fill Out The Form
Please make sure to fill in all applicable fields.
Step 4 - Email the completed form
The form can be sent using several options:
Option 1: Click the "Email Form" button - at the bottom of the form - to send using your favorite Email Application (i.e. Microsoft Entourage)
Option 2: Submit the form as an attachment with any online based email services (i.e. yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com). send the form to: register@gnomonschool.com
Before sending the form please save the file for your records.
Once your registration form is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 5 - Payment and Verification
After we have processed your application form you will receive a confirmation email with links to our secure payment verification page.
